Quinn L. Wright, 32, of 120 Breckwood Circle, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police.
Iovanni Baez, 39, of 86 Paul Revere Drive, Feeding Hills, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

Mark A. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Conner Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges shoplifting by asportation and two charges of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Steven P. Bilodeau, 42, of 27 Collins St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of improper use of a credit card and charges of receiving a lost credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Luke N. Bushey, 21, of 62 Danick Drive, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Randall S. McFarlane, 33, of 10B Washington St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of criminal harassment and violation of a harassment prevention order brought by Southwick police. In a separate case that was also brought by Southwick police, McFarlane was arraigned on the same charges and held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
Kenneth Rodriguez-Martinez, 30, of 30 Chestnut St., Springfield saw a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle not prosecuted.
