Kelleher avoids Sox/Pats distraction

NFLlogoWell, how about those Red Sox?
That is my lame attempt at trying to distract, you, the reader, from my recent record of 8-5, and the Patriots’ bad luck loss.
I’m still trying to figure out the awful ruling on that special teams play. But we have to move on, right? RIGHT?
One local entrant, George Kelleher (Southwick), was immune to this past weekend’s emotional roller coaster ride in New England. Kelleher went 11-2 to win our weekly prize.
Just a reminder: Anyone who has still not picked up their gift certificates are welcome to do so at our main office on 62 School Street in Westfield.
This week’s other entries – anyone with a record of 10-3 or 9-4 – have been entered into our grand prize drawing.
Now on to Week 8…
Yes, we’re already at the NFL regular season’s halfway point. This week features a couple very intriguing matchups like when Dez Bryant and Megatron collide when Dallas travels to Detroit, and the somewhat surprising New York Jets taking on A.J. Green and the Cincinnati Bengals.
New England hosts Miami in what I expect to be Gronk’s true coming out party for the 2013 season. With that said, I’m obviously sticking with the Pats.
Our Sunday night tiebreaker game this week features Green Bay at Minnesota. Good luck! – “THE PUTZ”
