MONTGOMERY – 
Marissa Lynn Sharkey (Wolcott), 44, of Montgomery, MA, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2020. Born in Holyoke, Marissa was a graduate of Gateway Regional High School. She resided for several years in Russell, later returning to Montgomery. She was employed by Napa Auto Parts in Southwick as a parts driver. Marissa loved spending time with family and friends. She had a great appreciation for the outdoors, loving all that nature had to offer. Marissa spent many hours gardening, camping, fishing, four wheeling, taking motorcycle trips, relaxing by campfires and enjoying summers at Norwich Lake in Huntington. Dear to Marissa’s heart were her pets; Thor, Hershey, Orvis and her recent arrival “Little Man”. Hearts are aching with the loss of Marissa’s smile and constant laughter. She is survived by her mother Judy Murphy (Johnson) of Montgomery, her father David Wolcott and wife Roberta of Spencer, Maternal grandmother Mabel Johnson of Southwick, brother, Timothy Wolcott of Montgomery, sister, Felicia Murphy and fiancé Timothy D’Astous of Chester. Step siblings: Jillian Card and husband Aaron of Tennessee, Caitlin Pinlac of California, Ross Pease and wife Candace of Kansas, Fr. Barrent Pease of Agawam, Erin Pease of Florida. She also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandparents; Howard Johnson of Southwick, David and Marguerite Wolcott of Montgomery.
Burial will be May 2, 2020, 1PM at the Montgomery Center Cemetery, Montgomery, MA. A celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
