WESTFIELD – The high school sports winter season is fast approaching, and the Saints’ Dec. 8 tipoff is right around the corner.
On Friday, the St. High School boys’ basketball team will travel to Northampton to take on Smith Academy. The game begins at 7 p.m.
Four days later, on Tues., Dec. 12, the St. Mary boys’ ice hockey team opens its season on the road against Mount Everett at Berkshire School. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
St. Mary’s girls’ basketball team also opens its season on the road. The Saints travel to Monson High School to take on the Mustangs Dec. 20 at 7 p.m.
