SOUTH HADLEY – The New England Patriots may be nearing the end of their dynasty, but this local football team is just getting started.
The Westfield Junior Bombers trounced Holyoke 28-8 in the SAFL Super Bowl on Sat., Nov. 10 at South Hadley High School to complete an unbeaten season (10-0), something the Pats nearly achieved in 2007.
Holyoke also entered the big game at 9-0 and had not allowed a point on defense all season, until Westfield broke through.
