12:55 a.m.: disturbance, Arnold Street, a caller reports a disturbance in an Arnold Street bar, the responding officer reports that bar staff reports a disturbance occurred and as the involved parties were being encouraged to leave the bar a window was broken, the staff identified a suspect and officers were able to find the man who denied responsibility for the broken window, security video will be reviewed;
1:05 a.m.: incapacitated person, a caller reports a male party is sleeping in an Elm Street doorway, the responding officer report he woke the man who was found to be obviously highly intoxicated, the man could not identify anyone who would care for him and he was placed in protective custody;
8:56 a.m.: fraud, Miller Street, a resident came to the station to report that his credit card was stolen and numerous charges were made, the responding officer reports the man said that his credit card had been declined and when he checked he found that the credit limit had been exceeded because of numerous charges made in the eastern part of the state, the man said that he has not lost the actual card but the account number has been used to make the purchases;
11:24 a.m.: found property, Washington Street, a patrol officer reports a person surrendered a found driver’s license, the officer reports he was unable to immediately contact the owner and the license was transported to the station for safe keeping;
2:21 p.m.: accident, East Mountain Road at North Road, a caller reports a two car crash, dual response dispatched, the responding firefighters reports hydraulic tools were needed to extricate one of the occupants, two persons were transported Holyoke Hospital;
2:44 p.m.: disturbance, Heritage Lane, a caller reports her son is created a disturbance, the responding officer reports he advised the caller of her protective order options and her son was provided a courtesy transport to a bus stop;
3:39 p.m.: accident, West School Street, a caller reports his trailer came loose and struck another vehicle, the responding officer reports that the caller said that he saw his trailer disconnect from his vehicle and it struck a parked car and then struck his vehicle when he stopped, the officer reports the trailer struck and damaged a fence before it struck a traffic sign and came to rest;
9:21 p.m.: arrest, Main Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a male party walking in the middle of the roadway drinking from a can he was carrying, the officer reports he spoke with the man and saw he was holding a can of beer, the man was instructed to pour out the beer but he drank it instead, the officer reports the man could not say why he was walking in the middle of the road, Anthony Valentino Stirlacci, 30, of 38 W. Moreland Ave., Longmeadow, was arrested for disorderly conduct and a city ordinance violation citation for possession of an open container of alcohol in public was issued;
9:34 p.m.: arrest, Bates Road, a complainant reports that a level three sex offender has failed to register a change of address, the responding detective reports that Mark J. Gilmore, 37, of 30 Bates Road, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender;
9:45 p.m.: animal complaint, Western Avenue at St. James Avenue, a resident came to the station to report he struck a large dog with his vehicle, the responding officer reports that the animal struck and killed was a coyote.
