WESTFIELD

2:10 p.m.: larceny, Franklin Street, a caller reports his son’s BMX bicycle was stolen moments earlier by a described youth, the responding officer report the bike was not found in the area and an incident report was filed;
2:50 p.m.: accident, Springdale Road, a caller reports his vehicle was struck by a motorcycle which had crossed the center line while rounding a curve at an excessive speed, the caller reports the motorcycle operator fled, a responding officer reports the motorcycle was located in a wooded area but the operator had fled on foot, officers were notified of the operator’s description and that he may be limping due to an injury;
5:28 p.m.: assist resident, Shaker Road, a patrol officer reports he provided a courtesy transport to a Shaker Road address for a barefoot person;
6:17 p.m.: suspicious person a patrol officer reports he investigated a known person who provided false identification information and confirmed two active warrants issued in 2018 and 2019 by the Westfield district court, the man was found to be in possession of. Class B drug, Isac Robert Hernandez, 27, of 14 Parker St., Westfield was arrested for possession of a Class B drug, intimidating a police office and on the two warrants;
6:40 p.m.: suspicious person, Egleston Road, a detective reports he was advised of a man in a vehicle near the intersection of Beverly Drive and Rogers Avenue who was making video of children and fled when confronted by a parent, the responding officer reports the unattended vehicle was located on Campanelli Drive, the officer reports the operator was found at his workplace and a review of his phone showed no objectionable video.

 

SOUTHWICK

12:59 a.m.: motor vehicle complaint, College Highway, the operator of a vehicle observed driving around a fast food restaurant stated he did not know the restaurant was no longer open 24 hours;

3:44 a.m.: general services, North Longyard Road, an officer reports that the operator of a vehicle on the side of the road was eating breakfast before going to work.
