12:31 a.m.: disturbance, Henry’s Trailer Park, 868 Southampton Road, a caller reports neighbors have been fighting for the past hour, the responding officer reports that each party is the defendant of a protective order taken out by the other party, Laura Jean Parent, 35, and Eric C. Carney, 45, both of 868 Southampton Road, were each arrested for violation of a protective order;
5:42 a.m.: arrest, Noble Hospital, Court Street, a caller from the hospital’s emergency department reports that a male party who was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant has been treated and is ready to be released, the responding officer reports Peter M. Chistolini, 29, of 59 St. Dennis St., was arrested on the warrant;
6:45 a.m.: breaking and entering, Shaker Road, a caller reports she got up and discovered that her car had been broken into overnight and her iPod had been stolen, the responding officer reports that the caller said that after her boyfriend left for work he called her to tell her that his unlocked vehicle had been entered overnight, the woman said that she checked her unlocked car in her driveway and found that it too had been entered and an iPod had been stolen;
9:42 a.m.: found property, Franklin Street, a resident came to the station to surrender a wallet she found in her side yard, the responding officer reports the owner of the wallet could not be immediately located and the wallet was stored for safe keeping;
9:54 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Elm Street, a patrol office reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found to be expired, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard and the operator was provide a courtesy transport to a Patriots Way address;
10:47 a.m.: vandalism, Mechanic Street, a community policing officer reports locating graffiti on the front porch of a vacant residence, the owner said that he would deal with the vulgar words spray painted on the windows and siding;
10:56 a.m.: arrest, Union Street, an off duty offer reports spotting a person believed to be the subject of an outstanding warrant, the responding officer reports that a detail officer detained the man pending his arrival, SirFrancis Lanier Carthon, 32, of no fixed address, was arrested on the warrant;
11:02 a.m.: assist citizen, Kane Brothers Circle, a patrol officer was dispatched to keep the peace as the defendant of a protective order gathers property at a Kane Brothers Circle address;
5:34 p.m.: arrest, Whitaker Road, a detective reports he learned that a known party was the subject of an outstanding warrant and sought and found the suspect at her home, Samantha L. Liptak, 30, of 100 Whitaker Road, was arrested on two warrants;
5:44 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Elm Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found to have been revoked for lack of insurance, criminal complaints were filed for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, the registration plates were seized, the owner of adjacent commercial property allowed the operator to leave the vehicle on his property overnight;
6:14 p.m.: burning complaint, South Maple Street, a call reports she can see embers in the air which are coming from a neighbor’s fire, the responding firefighters advised the residents to extinguish their fire and they complied;
11:21 p.m.: larceny, Springfield Road, a resident came to the station to report that her purse was stolen in a Springfield Road department store, the responding officer reports the woman said that she used the restroom in the store and inadvertently left her purse there, when she realized what she had done she returned to search for the purse but found it gone.
