9:00 a.m.: identity fraud, Patriots Drive, a resident came to the station to complain that she had received a bill on an account she did not open, the responding officer reports that the woman received a bill for merchandise valued at about $5,000 she did not authorize, an investigation was initiated;
10:09 a.m.: larceny, a resident came to the station to complain that jewelry was stolen form the apartment she recently moved into, the responding officer reports there are no signs of forcible entry, an investigation was initiated and the victim was advised to change her locks;
10:45 a.m.: disturbance, Maple Terrace, multiple callers report an assault, the responding officer reports two male parties were involved in an altercation which may have involved a patch of marijuana growing on the property but neither participants nor witnesses were cooperative, the participants were advised they could seek criminal complaints at the district court if they chose to;
4:05 p.m.: accident, Franklin Street, a caller reports an accident, the responding officer reports one operator said he was injured and was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, his vehicle was towed to the police impound yard, the other operator was issued a traffic citation;
4:40 p.m.: accident, Franklin Street, a caller reports an accident with injuries and airbag deployment, the responding officer reports one person was transported to Baystate Medical Center and both vehicles were towed to the police impound yard.
