Hello people that are on social security. If you get a call from Take Charge saying that this is the ticket for work, it’s a scam. They will scam you, so do not call them or do not answer it.

I salute all who use your voices to speak for a dog that has no voice. His story was a heart-breaker.

I agree with the person who feels Mr. Figy should not be a councilor and that we need fresh blood in the mayors’ office and on the city council. I certainly did not see a person with a grudge when I read the opinion posted. It was merely their opinion.

Good afternoon Westfield! Mayor Roeder. Boy, does that sound great to me. I’d like to hear more people contact the PulseLine and let’s get out there and vote for this guy and let’s show them that Westfield deserves better, they need better and now they’re going to get better. Don’t forget – show up to vote or keep your mouth shut. Good luck Mr. Roeder. I’ll be there bucking for you. Thank you.

Yeah, calling about the complainer in the Saturday paper about the picture of our new mayor-to-be. First of all, there’s no such wrestler as Iron Claw Kowalski. That was Killer Kowalski and he was a local from the New England area. And any picture is a good picture, as long as it’s not of Mayor Knapik. Go and make sure you vote.

In the past, I have read several negative comments regarding the Fire Department in the Pulse Line. Please think before making such comments in the future until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes. I recently watched as a neighbor’s house burned. The Fire Department personnel put their lives in danger every day. This particular fire was on a very windy night. A fireman on the ladder truck was in front of the house while thick smoke blew right into his face, and yet he continued to keep the hose on the house. Thank you for your service to the city and its people.
