WESTFIELD – Westfield State University senior setter Ally Rega (Chelmsford, Mass.) was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week after leading the Owls to a 2-0 week.
Rega dished out 30 assists in a 3-0 win at Mount Holyoke College on Thursday evening (Sept. 12) and then handed out 24 more in a 3-0 win over NVU-Johnson on Saturday (Sept. 15). She added 10 digs and a pair of block assists in the win over Johnson.
