WESTFIELD – The Westfield Voc-Tech boys’ soccer team is on one fine roll.
Westfield Voc-Tech dispatched visiting Pathfinder 7-0 Tuesday at Jachym Field to improve to 6-0-2. Vitaly Melnik recorded a hat trick, and four others scored one goal apiece for the Tigers.
Alex Makarchuk, Dmitry Stepanchuk, Vitaly Covileac, and Dominic Rosario tallied goals for Voke, all quality finishes.
Assists were recorded by Makarchuk (2), Roman Tikhonchuk (2), Tyler Hall (1), and Rosario (1).
“Guys played with great pride and represented our school very well,” Voc-Tech coach Kyle Dulude said.
