WESTFIELD – Eric Forish, president of Forish Construction of Westfield, recently presented plaques of appreciation to two long-time employees, Jim Conroy and Jeff Gonyer.
Each man has worked for the company for 45 years. Conroy works as a state licensed construction supervisor and Gonyer is both a state licensed hoisting and heavy equipment operator and holds a federal commercial driver’s license. Neither man is willing to retire.
Forish called the men’s continuing service with the company “a tremendous achievement” and noted that each has worked for the company for more that half of the life of the family-owned company which began its 75th year of operation on New Year’s Day
