WESTFIELD – Westfield State varsity sports athletes again assisted first-year students during the University’s Move In Day on Sunday, Sept. 1.
The Westfield State field hockey, football, women’s volleyball, cheerleading, and men’s and women’s cross country teams welcomed first-year students and their families at the residence halls and made the moving in process more enjoyable and less stressful.

The first-year students have several days to get acclimated to their new surroundings as classes for the 2013-2014 academic year begin on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
