World Suicide Prevention Month at Baystate Noble

WESTFIELD – Baystate Noble Hospital recognized World Suicide Prevention Month by remembering beloved physician, Dr. Bob Schlichtig who died by suicide.

The program on Thursday honored the memory of Dr. “Bob” with personal remembrances by family, friends and hospital staff.

In addition to the ceremony, a garden was created and a tree was planted alongside a commemorative stone on the hospital grounds to ensure suicide awareness.
