WESTFIELD – The Westfield High School baseball team defeated Pittsfield 5-3 Monday at Bullens Field.
Matt Irzyk pitched a complete game for Westfield. He struck out five and walked two.
Kyle Murphy (2-for-4), Jake Toomey (3-4), and Chris Sulllivan (2-3, home run) contributed offensively for the Bombers.
