Jon Collins scored two goals – one in each half – and Ryan Todesco tallied another to lead the Southwick-Tolland Regional boys’ soccer team past South Hadley 3-1 Friday.
Rams’ Bailey Emerson assisted on all three scoring plays.
Southwick built a 2-0 first-half lead on goals from Todesco and Collins. The goals came in the fifth and eighth minutes, respectively.
South Hadley cut its deficit in half early in the second half with a scoring effort from Alex Dragon. Dragon was set up with a pass from Nate Flachs.
Collins tacked on an insurance goal for Southwick in the 60th minute.
Rams’ goalie Patrick King finished with seven saves, including a key stop on a first-half penalty kick.
Ryan King was solid, as well, delivering strong play in the Southwick backfield.
