Deja vu: Sabadosa strikes again

NFLlogoFor the second-time this season, Westfield resident Marcia Sabadosa has destroyed the competition.
Sabadosa, who in Week 7 nearly went unbeaten at 11-1, blew away all other entrants this past Sunday in our “Beat ‘The Putz’”, going 12-2.
“Detroit and Jacksonville got me,” said Sabadosa, jokingly. “I’m sticking by my story – it’s pure luck. I did nothing different this time around.”
If Sabadosa completes the three-peat during one of the next three weeks – that is all that remains of the 2015 National Football League regular season – she might have trouble explaining to the public the whole “luck” thing.
At the very least, Marcia Sabadosa now owns bragging rights over her husband, Steve, a previous contest winner of ours.
“I’m going to try to do it again,” Marcia Sabadosa said.
As far as the NFL’s elite go, Carolina will put its 13-0 record on the line this Sunday against the New York Giants. The New England Patriots (11-2) host the lowly Tennessee Titans (3-10). The Denver Broncos (10-3) travel to the Steel City to take on the always dangerous Pittsburgh Steelers (8-5). In our Sunday night tiebreaker, the NFC’s current #2 team, the Arizona Cardinals (11-2) play the host Philadelphia Eagles (6-7).
Just a reminder, anyone that beats my weekly record – in Week 14 it was 8-4 – is eligible for our grand prize drawing of a flat-screen television, courtesy of Manny’s TV & Appliances. Good luck!
