JLBA votes in new slate of officers for 2020

HUNTINGTON – The Jacob’s Ladder Business Association hosted its monthly meeting at the home of photographer Lyle Congdon in Huntington on Dec. 12.

Prior to the start of the meeting, Congdon took professional photos of JLBA members in her home studio.
Acting President Stu Besnoff of Alpine Solar Heat & Hot Water in Windsor ran the meeting before a new slate of officers was voted in for 2020:
President – Mike Ross, Win Win Solutions Home Improvement, Huntington; Vice President – Emily E. Smith-Lee, SLN Law, Chester; Treasurer – Elizabeth Massa, Director of Western Mass Hilltown Hikers, Chester; Secretary – Lyle Congdon, Lyle Leigh Photography, Huntington; JLBA Events – Linda Greenia, Country Cars, Middlefield; Membership – Michele Kenney, Functional Art Thermal Insulated Window Treatments, Chester.
The 2020 budget was also passed, the largest item of which is for the Hilltown Destinations Map, which features JLBA business listings and hiking trails throughout the region. A discussion was held regarding funding for the 2020 version of the map, to include coupons from businesses and potential grants.
