12:18 a.m.: alarm, Southwick Road, an alarm company reports a motion alarm at a Southwick Road business, the responding officer reports he observed a broken window and found that the drawers had been removed from the cash registers, the responding key holder reports that the drawers had been stored in a cabinet but several hundred dollars had been removed from them nonetheless, a K-9 team responded to track the departing suspects but the trail grew cold, the case was referred to the detective bureau;
9:05 a.m.: found property, a wallet found on Sunday was logged for safekeeping after efforts to contact the owner were unsuccessful;
9:59 a.m.: found property, a found wallet was logged for safekeeping after the owner failed to claim it after he was notified;
10:21 a.m.: found property, a found bank card was logged for safe keeping after the owner failed to claim it after she was notified;
10:45 a.m.: larceny, Main Street, a representative of a leasing company came to the station to report that a leased vehicle has not been returned as required, the responding officer reports the complainant said that the lessee has not responded to his efforts to reclaim the vehicle, a criminal complaint was filed;
11:57 p.m.; larceny, Mechanic Street, a resident came to the station to complain that a person who was allowed to test drive a motorcycle has not returned it, the responding officer reports on Nov. 7 a friend of his son asked to test ride a dirt bike offered for sale and has not returned it, the officer reports he spoke with suspect who claimed to have bought and subsequently sold the motorcycle, a criminal complaint was filed;
3:18 p.m.: animal complaint, Holyoke Road, a caller reports a cat was stuck by a car and is injured, the responding animal control officer reports he transported the cat to Montgomery Road Animal Hospital where it was euthanized due to its injuries;
5:44 p.m.: parking violation, Mechanic Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle parked with two wheels on the grass of the tree belt, a citation was issued;
6:07 p.m.: parking violation, Southwick Road, a traffic bureau officer reports he observed a vehicle parked in a handicap space without a handicap plate or placard, a citation was issued;
6:16 p.m.: animal complaint, Pleasant Street, a caller reports finding a stray chocolate Labrador retriever dog, a responding animal control officer reports the dog was transported to the municipal animal shelter;
7:48 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Elm Street, a traffic bureau officer reports he encountered a parked vehicle with expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard.
