Congratulations to Westfield Technical Academy High School boys basketball player, Dave Tikonchuk, who, with a 28-point outing on Friday in the Tigers’ 57-40 win over Gateway Regional, earned MVP honors.
The Westfield News High School MVP of the Week continued his good fortune this past Monday, scoring eight points to help Westfield Tech overcome St. Mary’s, 47-33.
Tikhonchuk won the MVP with 64 percent of the votes cast on The Westfield News Facebook Page.
